Director of Financial Analysis and Report

Location: Alabama
The position will assist with oversight of all aspects of financial analysis and reporting; and for developing and maintaining accounting principles, practices, and procedures to ensure accurate and timely reporting and statements in accordance with the JeffCo Way principles. The position will provide support for the County’s Strategic capital and operational business process from a financial perspective, including building long-range forecasts consistent with vision and performance as directed by the Chief Financial Officer (CFO). The incumbent may liaise with external auditors and various corporate departments as necessary. This position will report to the CFO and their work is reviewed for compliance with established standards and guidelines.
